Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the December 10 meeting were reviewed.  Bob Ross moved to approve the minutes.
Mike LaBonte seconded.  Without objection the minutes were approved.


ARs:

IBISCHK7 parser development:
Bob Ross reported that a vote passed in the Dec 13 Open Forum meeting to produce
IBISCHK701 with BUG208 fixed. The developer was notified and the update was provided.
The user guide was updated, but the web page was not published.  Bob noted the user
guide version should be wip1, not wip3. Also, Linux and Mac executables were needed.

IBISCHK7 source code license:
Bob Ross reported that 9 source code license agreements had been signed. One more
payment had been received. We were still waiting for two more payments.  Licensees
already had access to IBISCHK701 source code.


New IBISCHK bugs:

BUG207:
No discussion. This will be discussed at the DesignCon summit.


IBIS-ISS parser:
Discussion was tabled.
